Meet Rut
Rut Martinez-Alicea is a Strategic Human Resources Management - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Portland Business Journal’s 2023 HR Leadership Award Winner, educator and experienced non-profit leader.
Rooted in liberative practice as well as her own lived experience, Rut believes that social justice is not only possible, it’s practical. And she’s ready to help guide you and your team in building radically transformational practices and systems.
