Team training
Through interactive, community-based training, Rut helps you take abstract equity and racial justice concepts, and understand how to build them into concrete initiatives, programs, policies and practices for work culture and systemic change.

Rut’s approach to coaching includes co-creating organic customized leadership plans centering a team or an individual’s interests.
Rut helps leaders identify entrenched systems and structures that support, and are supported by, white supremacy and a culture based on domination. Rut works together with you to develop strategies that promote new, radically transformed work cultures and individual leadership for equity, racial justice and collective liberation.
